Mamas

Inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle´s bold questioning of womanhood and pregnancy, this collaboration by Annabelle von Wussow and Franka Pelle channels tranformation through raw materials, cotton, wool and german-made latex, shaped into playful, intuitive forms. By pushing latex away from the body, pairing it with cotton, and experimenting with pattern and color, the collection studies emotional and physical change as something vivid, tactile, and unapologetically sculptural.
